1. How many times can I avail this offer?
You can avail this offer once during each of the following period,
28th September 2019 to 31st October 2019
1st November 2019 to 30th November 2019
1st December 2019 to 31 December 2019
2. I would like to opt for EMI option. Will I still be eligible for this offer?
Yes, this offer is applicable on EMI transactions as well provided all other criteria of the offer is satisfied.
3. When will I get the cashback?
Your cashback will be credited to the same account used to pay for the order within 90 days from the last day of the order month. For example, if you have placed an order on 1st October, your cashback will be processed within 90 days from 31st October.
4. What will happen to my cashback if I cancel my order fully or partially?
If you fully cancel your order, you will not qualify for cashback on that order.
In case of partial cancellation, if the order total reduces below Rs. 2500, you will not qualify for cashback on that order.
However, in both case where you were not able to avail the offer, you can place a fresh order with a minimum transaction value of Rs. 2500 and avail the cashback.
What will happen to my cashback if I return my order?
In case you return an order fully or partially, your cashback amount will be deducted proportionately from the refund amount. In either case, if the order value post return drops below Rs. 2500, your cashback will be completely recovered from the refund amount.
