Flipkart IndusInd Bank Terms & Conditions

1. In case partial payment is made through Flipkart gift card/ wallet, Offer will apply only on the amount paid through the Card provided such amount equals or exceeds Rs.4500.00.

2. The Offer will be automatically applied on selecting IndusInd Card for payment subject to these T&C.

3. Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.

4. The Offer is not applicable for card on delivery option.

5. The Offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.

6. The Offer/ Offer benefits are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.

7. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.

8. IndusInd will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.

9. Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and IndusInd and/ or Flipkart does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.

10. IndusInd shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and /or services under this Offer.

13. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services on the Platform must be resolved by the Cardholders with Flipkart or its sellers, directly without any reference to IndusInd. IndusInd shall not entertain any such disputes even if, the Cardholder approaches for resolution of the same.

14. Any dispute relating to the Offer or these T&C shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

15. IndusInd and Flipkart hold the right at their discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible or disqualified to participate in this Offer if he/she becomes delinquent or his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
